1. How long will my order take to be processed?
Each order will be processed within 1 - 3 business days which excludes weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and public holidays.

2. What happens if there is a duplicate order and either one or both is unpaid (indicating awaiting payment). How to cancel the unpaid order?
Kindly note that we will not process the shipment until full payment has been completed. Please contact if there are any changes to the order and we will revert back to your request at the soonest.

3. When will you restock / how often do you restock?
We are not able to provide an exact date as to when the new stock will arrive. However, if there are requests for the items, kindly email us at and we will revert and keep you updated.

4. What should i do if the products that i receive are damaged?

5. I would like to send the shipment to a different address, would it be possible?
