Replacement / Defected Policy

Goods received within 2 days are only able to be returned or exchanged if and only if the product is defective. The grace period starts from the day the product reaches/delivered to the recipient. 

If the products are either tan/broken, customer must take a photo of the damaged goods as proof in order to proceed with a replacement. Kindly note that without a photo, there will be no replacement made. Returned product with defects will be inspected thoroughly (3 to 5 business days) to ascertain the nature of defect. 

The return and exchange policy will be void if the products show or indicate that it has been used/consumed.

Return and Exchange Policy

The T&C in relation to our Return & Exchange Policy are as follows;-

  1. The sipping cost for the return of the product is to be borne by the customer.
  2. The shipping cost to resend the product to the customer is to be borne by the customer.
  3. Exchange is NOT possible and would only be allowed if the product has been damaged/torn/broken during transit and to be informed within 2 working days after delivery

Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by the recipient/customer. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware of the products during shipment transit. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping. 

Upon receiving the returned product, we will examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time (3 to 5 business days), wether you are entitled to a replacement or a refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price using the original method of payment.

Beauty Mansion Store reserves the rights not to entertain any complaints file after 2 business days (after delivery) of the grace period mentioned previously. Product & Service complaints will be handled as per case basis.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of orders after which payment  has been made due to any reasons will only be entertained if the shipment has not been processed. Kindly inform us immediately so that we can take  the appropriate steps to cancel the order. Please be advised that the full payment will NOT be refunded as 10% administration fees for the amount purchase will be imposed. 

Once products are SHIPPED, there is NO cancellation of orders as shipping fees, products manufactured and payment gateway fees are non-refundable items. Refund on the other hand will only be processed after 3 to 5 business days of investigation(which we will conclude and provide confirmation if there would be a refund) and once the product returns to been returned back to us. 

We are not able to provide a refund If your parcel returned due to incorrect information (i.e. address) of if the parcel is unclaimed. 

Kindly ensure that the details provided are accurate before proceeding with payment.

Polisi Penukaran / Kerosakan

Barangan yang diterima dalam  masa 2 hari hanya boleh dikembalikan ataupun ditukar hanya jika barangan tersebut adalah defektif / rosak. Waktu untuk penukaran/ pengantian ini bermula dari hari produk sampai/ diterima oleh penerima.

Jika produk didapati koyak/ rosak, pelanggan dikehendaki mengambil foto produk yang koyak/ rosak tersebut sebagai bukti untuk pemprosesan penukaran barangan.   Sila maklum  bahawa tanpa foto, tiada penukaran yang akan dibuat. Produk yang dikembalikan disebabkan kerosakan yang diadu akan diperiksa dengan teliti (3 hingga 5 hari bekerja) untuk  menentukan sifat kerosakannya. 

Polisi pengembalian Dan penukaran adalah tidak sah dan  tidak boleh digunapakai oleh pelanggan jika didapati bahawa produk tersebut telah digunakan oleh pelanggan.

Polisi Pengembalian Dan Penukaran 

Terms-terma dan syarat bagi Polisi Pengembalian Dan Penukaran adalah seperti yang tertera di bawah;-

  1. Kos penghantaran balik  produk  daripada pelanggan ditanggung  oleh pelanggan.

  2. Kos untuk penghantaran semula  produk kepada pelanggan ditanggung oleh pelanggan. 

  3. Penukaran barangan TIDAK BOLEH dibuat dan  hanya akan dibenarkan jika produk tersebut rosak/ koyak semasa transit dan jika aduan telah dibuat dalam jangka masa 2 hari bekerja selepas penerimaan produk.  

Pemulangan semula tidak termasuk sebarang caj penghantaran ataupun caj pengembalian  seperti yang tertera dalam slip ataupun invois. Caj penghantaran dan insuran untuk  semua pengembalian hendaklah dibuat secara prabayar oleh pelanggan. Pelanggan bertanggungjawab untuk sebarang kerosakan “ hardware” produk semasa transit penghantaran. Kami tidak dapat memberi jaminan bahawa kami akan menerima barangan yang telah dihantar kembali. Caj penghantaran dan caj pengendalian tidak akan dipulangkan semula. Jumlah yang dipulangkan semula tidak termasuk kos penghantaran.

Selepas penerimaan produk yang dipulangkan, kami akan memeriksa dan menghubungi pelanggan melalui e-mel, dalam jangka masa  3-5 hari bekerja untuk memberitahu pelanggan sama ada pelanggan tersebut layak untuk penukaran semula ataupun untuk pemulangan semula barangan,  dan kami akan menukar produk ataupun membuat  pengembalian wang yang dibayar
